Your Role and Your Contribution

The position in the Analysis & Research department offers an exciting and responsible role in the management and analysis of private and public market investments. The team is responsible for comprehensive portfolio management, conducting in-depth market analyses, and proactively managing client portfolios. The position requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial markets, and the ability to identify new investment opportunities and make strategic decisions.

Depending on the level of experience, the role encompasses various tasks, from supporting investment projects to independently managing clients and assets. Employees in this position have the opportunity to work closely with experienced experts, take on leadership responsibilities, and make a significant contribution to the company’s development.

Key Responsibilities

• Management of private and public market assets, including AIFs and direct investments
• Regular review and reporting of assets
• Investment analysis and buy/sell recommendations
• Regular communication with clients and proactive portfolio management
• Conducting market analyses, especially in the private market (VC/PE)
• Identification of new investment opportunities
• Improvement of internal processes for investment analyses and the setup of AIFs
• Supervision of junior staff (Investment Associates, interns)
• Execution of special projects, such as company sales or offshore structures
• Travel for client meetings, especially to Latin America and Europe

Your Skills and Experience

• Completed commercial training, ideally a degree in business or finance.
• Relevant professional experience in a comparable position (2-6 years in finance or investment)
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly
• You have an interest in investments, international banking, and family office topics
• Team player, self-initiative, hands-on mentality, communication skills, and a high degree of flexibility
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, as well as experience with financial software for analysis and reporting
• Language skills: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken; ideally Portuguese and/or Spanish
