Dispute resolution

The Verband unabhängiger Vermögensverwalter Deutschland e.V. (VuV) has set up an arbitration board in accordance with EU Directive No. 2013/11 of 21.05.2013 on Alternative Dispute Resolution. Disputes between consumers and VuV members in connection with financial services transactions can be settled before the VuV arbitration board in an out-of-court arbitration procedure.
